The day started early in morning fog at OhioPyle and the sun broke through by the time we stopped at Rockwood. Now we are breaking for lunch at Myersdale with only a few more miles left to reach the Eastern Continental divide. It’s all downhill to Cumberland and break for the night.

GAP Trail – Slice of Day 1 – Night in OhioPyle

So we made it to OhioPyle between 4:30 to 5:30. Rooms were assigned in this rustic town along the Yough River. Dinner was great with the classic big plate of Lasagna. It dwarfed Buca’s by 8 ounces. Now it is bar time and soon some sleep time on the couch Pics to follow.
